Luckywho is a lottery platform which holds transparency, Randomness and fairness as its core values by using a ticketing system called Ngozi Sequence. This ensures that all possible ticket outcome has equal chances of becoming a winner.
THE METHOD
The NGOZI SEQUENCE, explained
NGOZI is the sequencing rule that decides which ticket wins. It exists so that a winner must emerge in every competition, and so that nobody, including us, can predict or influence which one.
Codes are minted
Each competition mints a fixed pool of LuckyCodes. The pool size is published before the first ticket is sold and never changes.
Sales are sealed
At close, the full sold list is hashed and the hash is posted publicly. Any later change to the list would break the hash.
The sequence runs
A drawn seed walks the sealed list in a fixed sequence until it lands on a sold code. A sold code always ends the walk, so a winner always emerges.
Result is published
The seed, the hash and the winning code go onto the winners list, so anyone can run the walk themselves and get the same answer.
How you can check us
Live, unedited draws
Every draw streams from start to finish, and the seed is generated on camera while you watch. Recordings stay up for a year.
Independent audit
Every quarter an outside auditor checks our sold lists against the published hashes and our payouts against the bank records. You can download the reports.
Segregated player funds
Your wallet sits in a trust account at our settlement bank. We do not touch it to run the business.
Licensing and compliance
Luckywho Technologies Limited is registered in Nigeria (RC 1746220) and operates its promotional raffles under licence from the National Lottery Regulatory Commission, with state permits held where required. We are registered with the NDPC as a data controller and run KYC and anti money laundering checks on every payout above ₦100,000.
